1. About Cinely

Cinely is an AI-powered video creation application (“the Service”) that allows users to generate, edit, and export videos using artificial intelligence. The Service is owned and operated by Minu Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered address at 10A Braddell Hill, Braddell View, #15-02, Singapore 579720 (“Cinely”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Cinely offers paid subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Premium) and one-time coin packages, purchasable on our website (cinelyai.com) or through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on your plan) at the price displayed at checkout, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
The subscription price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed clearly on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
Payments made on our website are processed securely by Stripe. Charges will appear on your card statement as CINELYAI.COM. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their respective terms.
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to have access until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Web purchases: cancel via the “Manage Subscription” page on cinelyai.com or from account settings in the app, or by emailing our support team at support@minu.ai. Cancellation takes effect immediately for the next billing cycle.
App Store / Google Play purchases: cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Digital Content & Instant Delivery

All Cinely products are digital. Premium features and coin packages are activated immediately upon successful payment.

Videos you create with Cinely belong to you, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you generate and must not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Except for the videos and content you create, all materials featured within Cinely—including software, branding, and design—are owned by or licensed to Minu Pte. Ltd. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The Service and all materials on it are provided “as is”. Cinely makes no warranties, whether expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties. Cinely does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on the Service or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cinely and its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on the Service, even if Cinely or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages; these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Service may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Cinely does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may change the materials at any time without notice. Cinely does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Cinely has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Cinely of the site. Use of any linked site is at the user’s own risk.
